I highly recommend this Wellbeing Kit! It is an all-rounded kit with many facets to it, that aids the parent in a child's mindfulness, engage the child's 5 senses in very specific ways, manage emotions (like helping my 2 daughters to feel calm & relaxed), help with expression of thought & conversation (especially helpful for my elder daughter who is usually rather quiet & previously underwent Speech & Language Therapy sessions, to express her feelings and thoughts, but also for us as a family in conversation & bonding), & helping a child to broaden his/her perception & appreciation of life in general. Most importantly, this kit is evidence-based! In addition, I am thankful that the kit is very affordable! (& would be a complement to a child who is undergoing any form of therapy.)
My 2 daughters, aged 7 & 10 (with very different personalities & energy levels) find it fun, relaxing, & expressed delight that the kit has a wide variety of activities & in different settings. My elder girl expressed to me that it has helped in her mindfulness.
As a busy parent, I find it surprisingly easy to use. The instructions are easy to follow, with my daughters getting ahead of me many a time & doing some of the activities themselves. It is also well-illustrated & attractive to the eye. In addition, I find myself benefiting from some of the activities myself even as I aid my daughters in them! (almost like getting a free psychotherapy/mindfulness session!:) )

We've been using the Wellbeing Kit in our home for about six weeks now and we love it. The sheets are really easy to use, and valuable too. We've had some great chats with our kids through looking at them together. Our 5 year old and 7 year old have both responded really well to the kit and we regularly do the 'Calm Palm' together. A hit!
